Here’s how it works:

  • You fill out our online assessment form or call us: 717.274.7575
  • We discuss with you the assistance you need and provide you a cost based on those needed services
  • Our RN caseworker sets up a home visit within 24 to 48 hours to conduct a physical exam and create a care plan
  • When you have appreved the care plan, Hands-On Nursing staffs the care plan with our compassionate caregivers
